CAN I CANCEL MY TOUR ?

Yes, of course. If you have an urgent business and want to cancel the tour that has been booked, the note of giving us clear information, about the reasons for your cancellation. We really appreciate your openness so that we can work more professionally.

GENERAL TERMS

For cancellation of tour packages that you have booked, you must first inform us within 48 hours before your tour program start. so you can send us an email or a short message via Whatsapp.

FOR A REFUND, WE WILL DO IT ON WORKING DAYS

Such third-party Terms and Conditions and cancellation policies will apply in addition to the Company Terms and Conditions. Any tour/service cancellation must clearly state the reason for cancellation in writing.

Sumbawa Holiday will refund 100% of the deposit if it is canceled for a clear reason and no later than 48 hours before the tour program, the charge and administration fee will be borne by our customer.

If unforeseen circumstances force you to cancel your tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us

Notice Given	Refund Amount
Canceled 48 Hours prior to Tour Departure Date	100% of the Advance Deposit is Refunded.
Canceled between less than 24 hours to Tour Departure Date.	Advance Deposit and remaining of the balance is forfeited. 100% if cancellation less than 24 hours
Canceled will charge a transfer fee
